Return Policy

Jenny’s Shop accepts returns under the following conditions:

Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
Returned items must be unused / unworn
Returned must be received within 15 days of delivery date
*Please Note: A 10% fee is charged for cancellation of any order a 25% restocking fee is charged for items returned outside of the fifteen (15) day return window.

How do I return an item?

Email us at admin@jennysshop.com, call or text 336-602-5970 with the following information:

Order Number
Item to return
Item condition
Why item is being returned
We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, and ALL major HOLIDAYS.

How will Jenny’s Shop resolve my return?

You have 15 days to return your item (at your expense) after the return have been approved. We will process the return and issue a refund after inspecting the item. (because of the nature of customized products, Refunds are not an option.)

Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return. Please send your return items to the address provided within fifteen (15) days of your original purchase date.

I sent my return, How soon will it be processed?

When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process the return.

Jenny’s Shop Return Policy regarding Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a broken, defective or incorrect item, please email text or call customer service at admin@jennysshop.com (336-602-5970) (Monday – Friday 9am -5pm ) You will need to provide proof (photo).

Return Policy on Custom and Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized jewelry is made to order with specific customer requirements in mind, we are not able to process returns for any Custom or Personalized items.
